We put a lot of effort into developing a way to keep the salted egg yolk moist while eliminating any eggy taste! Instead of the traditional method of spraying the yolk with rice wine, we opted for the more premium rum, which adds an extra layer of aroma. From the rich, oily salted egg yolk to the red bean filling from Taiwan, all wrapped in a flaky pastry that crumbles with every bite, and finally topped with a coating of egg wash infused with vanilla seeds—no one can resist this delightful treat!

如何让蛋黄保持湿润的口感同时没有蛋腥味让我们在研发时下足了功夫!相较于传统使用米酒喷蛋黄的方式,我们使用的是更高成本的朗姆酒-香气更上一层楼。从油润的咸蛋黄,到来自台湾的红豆馅料,搭配酥的掉渣的酥皮,最后再使用香草籽蛋黄涂抹在表面,没有谁能抵挡这一口~
